Mandy Bailey, a mother of 1 year old twin daughters conjoined at the chest recently petitioned Delta airlines because she was told she had to purchase a separate airline ticket for each twin, citing that every person needed to have access to an individual oxygen mask. Delta went on to suggest that perhaps the Red Cross would help pay for the extra ticket.
